Motorola Milestone – Official Android 2.2 update schedule

Motorola over the weekend released the Android 2.2/2.1 schedule for various Android phones. Here is the time-line about when can different regions of the world can expect Froyo on their Milestones. It is not all good news for everyone as Asia Pacific and Latin America users might have to wait a little longer than others.

Asia-Pacific (excl. Korea): Upgrade to Android 2.2 under evaluation
Korea: Initial rollout of upgrades to Android 2.2 planned for Q4
Europe: Initial rollout of upgrade to Android 2.2 planned for Q4
Latin America and Mexico: Upgrade to Android 2.2 under evaluation
Canada: Upgrade to Android 2.2 under evaluation
